Short version: every piece is made after you order it. Most US orders arrive in 7 to 10 business days from the moment you hit checkout. We currently ship to the US and Canada.
Why it takes a minute
Phantom Protocol runs a print-on-demand model. That means your shirt is not sitting in a warehouse waiting for you — it gets printed when you order it.
Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days at our fulfillment partners' facilities. Then standard shipping adds another 3 to 5 business days on top.
Less waste. Less overstock. Slightly slower delivery. Worth the trade.

Orders over $80 ship free via standard within the contiguous US.
Tracking
The second your order ships, we send a tracking email automatically. You can also pull up any order at our tracking page using your email and order number.
Why my order shipped in pieces
Different products may be produced at different facilities. If your order has multiple items, they may show up in separate packages on different days.
That is normal. Nothing is missing. The other half is on its way.
Where we ship
- United States — including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses
- Canada
International shipping beyond Canada is on the list. If you want to be notified when it goes live, sign up for the email list.
Lost or delayed packages
Sometimes carriers drop the ball. If your tracking has not updated in 7+ business days after dispatch, email hello@phantomprotocol.example with your order number.
We will investigate. If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we send a replacement at no cost.
Address errors
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is in production we cannot change the destination.
If a package returns to us as undeliverable, we will reach out to arrange reshipment (reshipping cost will apply). If you would rather cancel, we will refund the order minus original shipping.
Customs & duties (Canada)
For Canadian orders, customs fees and duties may apply at delivery. These are determined by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Sorry — that one is genuinely not in our control.
